COVID-19: Detroit's Black Community is Disproportionately Falling Ill and Dying
The Sheriff's Office says Collins has died of the coronavirus. Commander Collins died on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the age of 63. He was a member of the Sheriff's Office for almost 30 years.
