FARHAD:
One. Death.
Second. Getting an injury that will permanently disable me.
Three. Getting arrested when I didn't break any law.
Four. The future of robots, weapons, uh like a drone.
Five. Being embarrassing in front of a huge amount of people.
Six. Ghosts.
Seven. Well actually if I list them by the most scariest things, I have to put this on the first, or second. The nightmare. Scary nightmare. Most of the time, I'm waking up because when I fall asleep, I see that I'm falling from a high building and also sometimes when I'm sleeping, there is some kind of power, make me freeze. I can't talk and it's like death. You can't do anything.
Eight. The Dark. That was new for me because when I was child, I used to go out in the midnight because we lived in a village. So there was no light. There was no power or electricity. And we used to go out during the night to the toilet. So after I'd leave, after we'd leave our country to Iran, after the Taliban came, that starts to have fear from the darkness.
Nine. Being migrated for the third time, because after we came to Iran, they didn't accept me as a citizen. They said you always an Afghan and you can't stay here for a long time, or for whole of your life, so they don't want accept me as a citizen. So, I came directly to the Germany. Here, I’m living alone. My parents and my brothers are living in Iran still. But sometimes you have to go your way.
And ten was choosing between two good options are scary for me, because I don't know which one should I choose.
My name is Farhad, and these are 10 things that scare me.
