Jessica Wasilewski

Jessica Wasilewski is the Producing Director for Brown Arts Institute (BAI) where she supports and facilitates the development of new performances and installations produced and presented by the BAI. Prior to joining the BAI team, Jessica served as Senior Producer at Park Avenue Armory, where she produced large-scale dance, theater, music, opera, and multimedia productions and visual art installations, including Carrie Mae Weems’ The Shape of Things and Land of Broken Dreams, Bill T. Jones’ Deep Blue Sea, Nick Cave’s The Let Go,Taryn Simon’s An Occupation of Loss, Heiner Goebbel’s De Materie, and Marina Abramović’s Goldberg. Jessica’s prior professional experiences include administrative, producing, and educational positions with Peak Performances @ Montclair State University, Lincoln Center Festival, Dance Theatre Workshop, and the American International School in Salzburg, Austria. Jessica holds a B.A. in Dance from Muhlenberg College and an M.A. in Curatorial Practice in Performance from Wesleyan University.
